It describes planning, coordination, administrative and referral support available in Ireland. Website content is general information. Sending an enquiry or arranging an introductory conversation does not create a contract or obligation to buy.

2. How services are agreed

After discussing your needs, we may provide a written proposal explaining scope, timeframe, responsibilities and price. A service contract is formed only when the proposal or separate engagement terms are accepted in the stated manner. This website does not currently take online payment or conclude a paid contract.

3. Prices, VAT and third-party costs

The price or calculation method, VAT treatment and any known travel, disbursement or third-party costs will be explained before you are bound. Third-party professionals normally contract on their own terms unless the written proposal says otherwise.

4. Professional boundaries

NextStage Matters provides planning, practical coordination, administration and signposting. We do not provide regulated financial or investment advice, legal advice, medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Where appropriate, we may suggest that you obtain advice from a suitably qualified and authorised professional. A referral is not a guarantee of a third party’s work or outcome.

5. Cancellation, changes and complaints

Applicable cancellation information, including any statutory cancellation right and any request to begin work during that period, will be set out in the written proposal or engagement terms. Changes are agreed in writing. To raise a concern, contact us using the email or phone number below so that we can acknowledge, investigate and respond fairly.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Irish consumer law. Irish law governs use of this Ireland-facing website, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
